Verona in Dubai
The off-plan residential complex Verona in Dubai, UAE is inspired by the Italian city of Verona and features a collection of luxury four-bedroom townhouses. The houses will be located in the Damac Hills II neighbourhood in four-unit blocks. Between them will be landscaped gardens with typical Mediterranean resort magnolias and Centranthus shrubs with lush, bright red inflorescences. The townhouse residents will have quick access to the main thematic areas of the neighbourhood:
- Downtown with a Zen garden, labyrinth, amphitheatre, barbecue facilities and yoga area;
- Sports Town with tennis, padel tennis, volleyball, basketball, soccer and cricket courts, as well as an outdoor gym and jogging and cycling tracks;
- Water Town in the Malibu Beach area, with a wave surfing pool, a river-shaped pool with a stream, playgrounds and numerous water attractions.
Damac Properties is developing the project. The complex is scheduled for completion in June 2026. Today, when buying a townhouse in Verona, the price from the developer varies from AED 1.8 million (USD 490,000) for a house of 218 square metres to AED 2.5 million (USD 680,500) for a house of 224 square metres.
Verona in Damac Hills II
The new development will be part of the upscale residential community of Damac Hills II, now home to approximately 28,000 residents. The development is close to the community’s central exit, the school and the local shopping centre.
Within 15 minutes, you can get to the major Al Ain-Dubai Road (E66) highway, which leads directly to the city centre. Townhouse residents will be able to reach the Downtown Dubai area within half an hour.
Within a 15–20-minute drive from the complex are the following:
- Dubai Outlet Mall;
- Academic City, comprising the majority of Dubai’s universities and colleges;
- Dubai Rugby Sevens sports club;
- Al Marmoom Heritage Village;
- Trump International Golf Club.
